Lüchinger Architects (LA) is een Nederlands architectenbureau dat sinds 2005 in Rotterdam is gevestigd. Met ons team van enthousiaste ontwerpers en bouwkundigen realiseren wij bijzondere en innovatieve projecten voor nationale en internationale organisaties. Ook masterplannen, interieurontwerpen en bruggen behoren tot ons werkveld.
Wij houden van plezierige woon- en werkruimten, met veel aandacht voor detaillering, afwerking en natuurlijk licht. Gebouwen waar mensen plezierig kunnen verblijven en die vaak de aandacht trekken van omstanders door hun iconische of juist ingetogen uitstraling. Onze ontwerpfilosofie reikt verder dan een mooi, duurzaam, functioneel en technisch hoogstaand gebouw. Wij zijn expert in het in samenspel met de opdrachtgever ontwikkelen van een visie op de betekenis van een gebouw voor de gehele organisatie.
Zo werken we met verschillende bedrijven aan uitbreiding van hun huisvesting om hun exposure te vergroten en nieuwe klantgroepen aan te trekken. Zeker in de huidige tijd, waarin bedrijven zoeken naar middelen om hun klanten te interesseren voor hun product of dienstverlening, is deze nieuwe benadering interessant. In samenwerking met andere disciplines komen we tot heldere en efficiënte oplossingen met een eigen karakter.

Daarbij komt onze ruime ervaring van schetsontwerp tot detaillering op alle schaalniveaus van pas. Uiteraard begeleiden wij het hele bouwproces. We hebben veel ervaring met complexe processen, het beheersen van kosten en het maken van een realistische planning. En wij werken ook met de formule van total design, waarbij het gehele planvormingstraject onder onze verantwoordelijkheid valt.

We work based on the formula of total design, in which the entire design and planning process is our responsibility.
